Thank you for your order. We appreciate the support. Processing can take up to  3-5 business days before receiving a tracking number. 

Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. (Weekends are not counted as business days)

We will not take responsibility for incorrect address when your order is being placed. Kindly double check all information before submiting your order.

Once a tracking number is generated and your order is shipped. PrettyKittieShopLLC is no longer responsible for your package. We ship via USPS so all inquries in regards to the location of the package should be directed to them as such. Should your package be lost or stolen kindky follow up with the carrier to file a claim and start an investigation.
